Words cannot express the heartfelt thanks I have for all the assistance you have given to me.

When I first was looking for a Professional Organizer I had no idea what kind (or if) any help I would be receiving.  All I knew was that I needed help and I needed it "quick".  With my husband being away in the War and due to return soon I was on a time frame. Our master closet was a mess and I needed to get a system down for our bills...

After your initial contact with me, your professionalism was shown. And that you meant business!!.  Working with you via e-mail has truly been a great and rewarding experience.  It allowed me to work on the closet and the bill system at flexible hours and  continue with all my day-to-day duties (work full time and have two boys ages 9 and 2) and meet the goals "we " set together.

Your insightfulness was amazing. Surely I would have thought you somehow had seen my house (smile), ie., your ability to design a closet storage system without even seeing my house and set up a system for storing kid’s shoes and coats (not to mention this was not what I even originally was inquiring about).

I got so much more information, than I even knew to ask such as the “clothes capsules”.  Boy, every woman needs to know about that. I have shared some of the various web sites you referenced with several of my co-workers. Jane, I now look at buying clothes differently. So much money saved!!

And Jane you were able to keep me motivated about getting things completed because old habits can be hard to break. I have learned so much. 

I no longer hold onto outdated clothes.  I now keep extra boxes on hand so I can take to Good Will, throw away clothes or keep clothes to be repaired in a timely manner. I have purged more clothes within these past weeks than I ever have.   No more empty boxes under the bed. Everything has its place!! Something so simple but just so hard to do, Jane, and above all I can now get into my closet!!! In fact I like going in my closet now. I can see things and everything is neat including my shelves...

I did not know this early on but this was a very rewarding experience for me. I did this!!   And I can keep it up!! Just find a place for everything!!

Jane, I want to let you know how happy and satisfied I am with all the assistance you have given to me.  I cannot wait to show my husband the closet when he returns. He will be so surprised
